At the request of the Department of Education and Skills, the Higher Education Authority will provide 60 scholarships for one-year of study at Bachelors, Master or PhD levels to successful Irish higher education institutions in 2018-19 for students from non-EU/EEA countries. The offer is open to all fields of study.

Education Level & Subject:
Scholarships are available to pursue Bachelors, Master or PhD levels programme in all fields offered by university.
-Students from non-EU/EEA countries are eligible to apply for this scholarship.
-Experts should have a broad knowledge of the international education agenda both from Irish and European perspectives as well as experience in project management. An ability to meet tight deadlines is also necessary. The HEA will draw from this pool as needed. Inclusion in the pool of evaluators does not indicate a commitment to appoint any member for tasks in this area.
-Applicants whose first language is not English are usually required to provide evidence of proficiency in English at the higher level required by the University.
