International Dean’s Scholarship Program at University of Saskatchewan in Canada

The University of Saskatchewan  is a Canadian public research university, founded in 1907. It  is one of Canada’s top research universities and is a member of the U15 Group of Canadian Research Universities (the 15 most research-intensive universities in Canada).

These scholarships are offered to students who have outstanding academic records, show research promise and are registering for the first time in a thesis-based graduate program.



Scholarships Number and Award:

Master’s: $18,000 for up to two years

Doctoral: $22,000 for up to three years


Education Level & Subject:

Masters and Doctoral degree in any subject.



– Register for the first time in a thesis or dissertation based program at the U of S

– Entrance GPA of at least 85%

– Show evidence of previous research productivity as demonstrated by authorship of refereed journal publications or conference presentations/publications


How to Apply:

Nominations for International Dean’s scholarships are made by academic units after you’ve applied.
