The University of Vermont (UVM), officially The University of Vermont and State Agricultural College, is a public research university and, since 1862, the sole land-grant university in the U.S. state of Vermont. Founded in 1791, UVM is among the oldest universities in the United States and is the fifth institution of higher education established in the New England region of the U.S. northeast.
Scholarships Number and Award:
International Distinction Scholarship: $18,000
International Excellence Scholarship: $13,000
International Merit Scholarship: $8,000
Education Level & Subject:
Any of the subjects offered in Undergraduate program by the university.
A minimum cumulative 2.8-grade point average in your first year, and a 3.0 in subsequent years along with enrollment in 12 or more credits per semester is required to remain eligible for these scholarships.
How to Apply:
International students are automatically considered for several merit scholarships when they apply to UVM.
