University of Groningen provides Abel Tasman Talent Grant for International Students for academic year 2018.
The University of Groningen is a public research university in the city of Groningen in the Netherlands. The university was founded in 1614 and is one of the oldest universities in the Netherlands as well as one of its largest.
Since its inception more than 200,000 students have graduated. It is a member of the distinguished international Coimbra Group of European universities.
Scholarships Number and Award:
Roughly two types of support can be distinguished:
-Financial support for students and staff within the framework of a larger cooperation network of so-called “preferred partners” abroad, and
-Support for exceptionally talented students from other institutions.
Education Level & Subject:
Grants are available to pursue Master (MSc/MA/LL.M.), Ph.D. programme.
The /Abel Tasman Talent Program (ATTP)/ of the Graduate School of Medical Sciences (GS-MS) of the University of Groningen was developed early 2010 to give high-potential international students in (bio) medical or pharmaceutical sciences an opportunity to excel in the field of research of their choice.
