Fuji Xerox has established a research scholarship as part of a five year partnership with Victoria University to support Masters’ students in Computer Science where the proposed area of study has commercial potential.
Victoria University of Wellington is a university in Wellington, New Zealand. It had the highest average research grade in the New Zealand Government’s Performance-Based Research Fund exercise in 2012, having been ranked 4th in 2006 and 3rd in 2003.
Scholarships Number and Award:
1 scholarship worth $25,000 to cover stipend and fees.
Education Level & Subject:
Master Degree progame in the field of Computer Science.
– The scholarship shall be open to top students intending to do Masters in Computer Science.
– Their proposed area of study should have commercial potential.
– They should be able to show evidence of some hardship preventing them from pursuing study.
The Victoria University Foundation will expect recipient to write a letter of thanks to the donor on receipt of the award. The recipient should provide a report of findings for Fuji Xerox and be prepared to make a presentation to them at the end of study.

Applicants must complete the ‘Application Form’ available from the link including evidence of some hardship, a one page of the proposed area of study, and a page referee’s statement.
